Christian de La Villehuchet

Chief Integration Officer, Havas

Christian joined the advertising world in 1990 as an account executive at Euro RSCG Paris. He then worked for two years at WCRS and returned to Paris in 1993 as Account Director for international clients.

In 1998, Christian was appointed Executive Vice President and Director of Development of Euro RSCG Europe. He was in charge of new business, R&D, training, strategic information, and communications for the group.

Christian came to Brussels in 2002 as CEO of Euro RSCG Belgium. In 2012, Boondoggle joined the group making Havas WW Belgium a top 3 communication group in Belgium.

In early 2007 Christian was named CEO Benelux and then in early 2008, He added to his responsibilities the title of Co-Managing Director, Europe and joined the Havas Worldwide Executive Committee.

In May 2010, he was promoted to CEO, Havas Worldwide Europe then in June 2014, Christian was appointed the Director of the Global Creative Council. In 2015, Christian was named the French CEO of the year in Belgium, in an award endorsed by the French Embassy.

Since 2016, Christian is Havas Chief Integration Officer with 3 core duties:

1. Transform the Havas business model into a more integrated offering answering new client needs.
2. Manage the global M&A policy of the group.
3. Define and implement the integration of Havas into its new parent company Vivendi to create value for both companies.

Since 2019, Christian has been Vice-Chairman and Director of Wetechcare & Member of the Board EACA and CCI (Chamber of Commerce France-Belgium).

Christian graduated from HEC, the leading management school in France, and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from Paris Dauphine University.
