The Havas NextGen Program is our comprehensive leadership development program designed to prepare our high-potential executive talent to be challenger leaders while exceling in their careers at Havas. Through 3 intensive, experiential learning sessions NextGen builds a global community of leaders through a collaborative, intentional, and team-based experience. 

From its inception in 2015, the NextGen program has continually evolved its content and approach to ensure we are developing leaders who can excel in our ever-changing world and dynamic industry.  

Our current class – comprised of 65 leaders, from 27 different cities and 56 different agencies – have been given the opportunity to discover who they are as leaders, navigate rank and power, build trust through vulnerability, and will be equipped with tools to lead confidently through times of change.
