Havas is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of the French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

 

To this end, Havas is implementing the following strategy and actions:

An accessibility audit conducted by the company Tanaguru on April 22, 2025, revealed the following:

  • Criterion 10.12: Text spacing properties cannot be adjusted by the user without causing content or functionality loss ;
  • Criterion 10.13: Some additional content cannot be dismissed by the user once it appears ;

  • Criterion 11.11: Input validation is not accompanied by suggestions to help users correct errors (e.g., expected data types/formats, relevant error messages, etc.).
  • Criterion 11.13: The purpose of some input fields cannot be determined to enable autofill with user data.

 

Theme 12: Navigation

 

  • Criterion 12.1: A secondary navigation system is missing in addition to the menu (such as a site map or a global search engine) ;
  • Criterion 12.6: The various sections on the pages (header, main navigation, main content, footer, and search engine areas) cannot be reached or skipped ;
  • Criterion 12.7: There are no skip links or quick-access options to directly reach the main content area on each page ;
