Combined Shareholders' Meeting 2010

The Havas Annual Shareholders’ Meeting took place today at the Group Headquarters. All the proposed resolutions were adopted. The dividend of 8 cents € per share will be paid on May 18th 2010.
The terms of office of Messrs. Pierre Lescure, Leopoldo Rodés Castañe and Patrick Soulard were renewed for a further term of three years.
The shareholders also appointed a new Director, Mr Yannick Bolloré.
Following the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Havas Board of Directors met and decided to appoint Mr Hervé Philippe “Directeur Général Délégué”, alongside Fernando Rodés, CEO.
