Out of the 25 resolutions presented, all were adopted with the exception of resolution 18, a technical resolution (compliance of the articles of Association/Bylaws with the conditions from the new Financial Securites Law, concerning the reduction of the notification period for disclosure of the threshold breach) which was rejected.
